Established in 1999, PCC has organically grown in different areas of community 
internationally and locally. Starting with one house with two unnaccompanied minors the company has gradually grown to not only bring quality support to unaccompanied minors but also supported housing for 18+, fostering placements , foster carer support, sri Lanka and Kenya project supports and Esol training through our sister company LTC.
Pcc has become a community resource with our ethos of care before cash, having staff that realise that being part of PCC is not just a job.
