Starting with unnaccompanied minors in one house in South Tottenham in year 2000, 
Pcc has developed and expanded its supported housing to more quality supported UAM housing developments and has also branched out to support the 18+ vulnerable people who are needing a caring facility like PCC.
These projects are a time when these young adults are learning basic life skills like cooking, using local resources and understanding how to take care of personal everyday needs. 
When they are firmly footed in these areas they can begin to concentrate on further education and also understand whats pathway of life they will need to take to achieve their life's plans, whatever they will be.
Pcc wants these young adults not to just survive but to be empowered in what London has to offer in all it's opportunities and how they can intergrate and contribute to society.
